Casting
As a casting director, Karissa uses her to work to champion underrepresented and marginalized voices in our society. She is the resident casting director for Strawdog Theatre Company and also works as freelance casting director in Chicago.
Karissa was featured in American Theatre Magazine’s Role Call (December 2020) for her casting work and advocacy.
